In my opinion, what a private landowner does on their own property is mostly their own business. However, it will be interesting to see if it is given (or seized) by the government, who pays for maintenance and who goes to investigate happenings near this fence.

Of course they do need to follow local permitting and laws. In this case, they’ve been ordered to stop by local authorities because they didn’t get the proper permits
